The house is on the far west side of Indy, seriously just a block from Avon, about 25min from downtown but very close to major shopping district. Just 5 minutes down the street from Super Target, Meijer, Bed Bath and Beyond, Best Buy, Michaels, Walmart, Bath and Body Works, etc. etc. as well as a nice cluster of restaraunts if you're an eating out kinda person (O'Charley's, Wendy's, Texas Roadhouse, Chipotle, Olive Garden, McDonald's, Q'Doba, Sonic, Steak n' Shake, ...the list goes on and on).
The room includes wireless internet, washer and dryer, comcast cable, and all utilities and it can be partially furnished. I have beds for both rooms as well as a night stand and lamp. I think I only have a dresser for one of the rooms though... But both do have closet space, and more space can be made available if needed. The second full bath will be shared between you and the other roommate, by the way. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances (except right now, the disposal is broken :-( ) and I have plenty of dishes and silverware if don't have your own already. I would just like to ask that you clean up after yourself and buy your own food and toiletries for the bathroom :-)
The house is in a subdivision near 21st and Raceway road with a pool, tennis courts, basketball court, beach volleyball, soccer field, baseball field, and a nice common area in the center. It's a pretty safe neighborhood for walking, running, rollerblading, biking, etc if you're an active person also. I'm also very close to several of my neighbors, so we all watch each other's backs, as well as cars, kids, and homes.
I am a recent (07') graduate of IUPUI working now in Fishers (so I'm gone for ~11 hours a day) trying to pay my bills! I'd like to think that I'm a pretty easy going gal with an open mind, and I think I'm pretty easy to live with. BUT, I'd like to mention that I'm a little bit on the clean side when it comes to the kitchen. So I'd like to find people who really will clean up after themselves. ((I just hate dirty dishes that just lay around))
I love all types of music except country (no offense!), and also my japanese TV shows that I watch on my computer, I try to keep up with the news and politics as much as I can, and I also secretly love rpg video games...although I'm fighting it because once I start playing, my life will come to a complete stop and I won't be able to get away!!! (>_<) I'm not really much of a clubber, but I do like to go out and enjoy a night with friends every once in a while, and I think I like shopping a little too much considering the fact that I'm broke :-P
